Refund policy

At JLB we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, please return your garment within 14 days of shipment of goods with proof of purchase, unused and in its original packaging with all info tags attached.

You have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. Therefore, items must be their original condition with labels.

Email info@jude-law.co.uk to receive your Returns Authorisation (RA) number and address.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return and for your own protection we recommend that items are returned using a tracked postal/courier service as unfortunately we are not liable for lost goods.

We offer in store returns at Jude Law, simply bring your item(s) and your receipt for refund, store credit and exchange

If the goods are faulty, we will refund you for the order in full, including the return postage costs. The amount will be in accordance with our standard delivery charges.

When goods are received by us you will be refunded via your original payment method. We will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Should you decide to exchange the item, you will not be charged for postage by us for the exchanged item.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
